You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized holder of an American Express Platinum card (or authorized to access the account) to use this service.
You sign in via Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.
You may connect your financial institution through Plaid or upload transaction data via CSV.
You are responsible for ensuring the data you provide is from an account you are authorized to access.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app's operation
Share your account access with others
Upload falsified or fraudulent transaction data
Perk tracking is provided on a best-effort basis. We match transactions to known perk categories but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
The app does not constitute financial advice. Always verify perk usage directly with American Express.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlatinumPerks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed perks or incorrect tracking.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and request data deletion at any time from Settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
